PowerPoint
PowerPoint presentations are a key tool for communication purposes, mostly internally but also externally. Always use the official BeaconMedaes PowerPoint template. This template is designed to maintain visual consistency, proper spacing, and alignment throughout all slides. Avoid altering layouts, fonts or brand elements.
Colors
In the template, we have foreseen slides in our main colors, to ensure a suited slide deck for every occasion. Supporting colors from the approved palette may be used sparingly to highlight key points or data. Charts and graphs should only be presented on light backgrounds to ensure clarity, accessible contrast, and readability.
Text and Readability
Text must always be clear and easy to read. Maintain strong contrast between text and background colors.
- Use approved brand fonts only.
- Avoid placing text directly over busy images or patterns.
- Keep line lengths comfortable and use hierarchy (e.g., headings, subheadings, body text) to structure information effectively.
- Ensure text size is legible.
Imagery
All imagery must follow the brand’s visual guidelines, professional, clean and aligned with the brand’s tone and subject matter.
- Use images with rounded corners to maintain a consistent and approachable visual style.
- Ensure images are high quality, well-lit, and relevant to the content.
- Avoid overused stock or AI-created imagery, or visuals that feel generic or off brand.
