Low maintenance
The LifeLine 441 valve, key to desiccant dryers, features two self-cleaning ceramic plates sliding to create a nearly indestructible seal, enhancing reliability and reducing maintenance.
Energy efficient
LifeLine heatless desiccant dryers ensure minimal energy loss and stable dew points using dew point-dependent purge control, reducing energy use when medical air demand is low.
Simple design
The medical dryer's efficient design features a machined, anodized aluminum base and flanged fittings to minimize leaks and pressure drops, conserving compressor power.
Key Features
The drying towers are sized specifically for peak calculated demand in medical air applications and capable of producing a -10° C pressure dew point. Lifeline medical air dryers don’t waste energy, footprint, or desiccant to achieve unnecessarily low dew points. With smaller towers, less purge air is required to regenerate the drying towers, saving additional energy dollars.
The desiccant is contained within a packed bed canister to prevent excessive downstream dusting.
The LifeLine heatless desiccant dryers utilize dew point dependent purge control to guarantee the lowest possible energy losses for desiccant regeneration while delivering a totally stable and reliable dew point.
The duplex dryer system includes two twin tower desiccant dryers, each with a prefilter, after filter, regulator, safety relief valve, and bypass valve arrangement. The control panel contains two power supplies and two smart relays to operate the dryers, one for each operating unit. The complete system is factory piped, wired, and tested to ensure the dryer performs exactly as designed.
