Efficient technology
The Claw Vacuum System features dry, frictionless multi-claw technology. Rotors spin oppositely, synchronized by precision gears for an efficient vacuum, eliminating the need for lubricants.

Key Features
Systems come fully assembled and ready for installation. With single point connections for the electrical panel, intake and discharge, installation costs are minimized. The discharge manifold has a true single point connection to the exhaust piping and features a factory installed drip leg with ball valve.
The oxygen assured vacuum pump is assembled and tested in a clean room with dedicated tools. All parts in contact with the flow stream, gear casing, and bearing surfaces are cleaned with an oxygen compatible cleaner. The lubricant in the gear casing as well as the bearing lubricant are oxygen compatible.
The robust pumps on the system come factory pre-piped, wired and tested. Variable Speed Drive technology matches motor speed to vacuum demand, resulting in maximum efficiency of the vacuum system. With low starting currents and slower pump speeds, pump life is extended and maintenance costs are reduced. Running at lower operating speeds reduces both noise and heat emitted into the equipment room.
