mVAC Lubricated Rotary Vane Medical Vacuum System

mVAC Medical Vacuum Systems configured from 2-6 oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps, controlled by the 5.7" ES-VAC central controller. These pumps work independently, ensuring continuous vacuum flow and automatic restart after power outages. The system features high-efficiency bacterial filters monitored by the central controller. Suitable for continuous or start/stop operation, it offers redundant backup in case of component failure and can be installed in various configurations.

Energy efficient

The number of pumps are optimized to provide the lowest power use as possible, often incorporating four to six smaller pumps versus three or four larger pumps, reducing energy consumption in oversized vacuum systems.

The mVAC units come in modular, tank, and floor-mounted configurations, offering multiple options for complex room layouts on-site.

Cost effective

The Elektronikon control system streamlines mVAC management, real-time monitoring, rapid service delivery, and breakdown prevention, minimizing operational costs.

The ES-VAC uses a 5.7" Elektronikon Central controller to seamlessly manage up to six vacuum pumps in your medical vacuum supply system. Its user-friendly interface offers a comprehensive view of system status, warnings, and alarms related to vacuum levels, pump performance, and bacterial filtration. Notable features include a high-definition color display, Internet-based pump visualization via Ethernet, automatic restart after voltage failure, and remote monitoring with connectivity functions.

The quiet and vibration-free oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps offer high flow capacities. The vanes are constructed from composite material for optimum lifetime.

Each pump features a standard Elektronikon controller, connected to the advanced ES-VAC central controller. It boasts an intuitive navigation system, reliable keyboard, and automatic restart after voltage failure. Plus, individual pump controllers ensure redundancy if the central controller fails.

An efficient oil separation system automatically recirculates entrained oil droplets to prevent oil loss. The system is easily accessible for maintenance, while the separator elements are also easy to maintain via special access ports.

The in-house developed high-efficiency bacterial filter element is developed to minimize the likelihood of microbial contamination of the oil. Duplex filters are provided for redundancy. The pressure drop over the bacterial filters is continuously monitored by the central ES-VAC controller and can be seen on screen.
