Key features
Comes with pertinent information for each pump or compressor, showing run status, run hours, average daily run time, and average starts per hour. With average daily run time and average starts per hour for each unit, users can better understand the system operation and quickly diagnose if a unit is out of alignment.
This lists all alarms and shutdowns for each unit, providing current operating and alarm status individually with color coding, to quickly identify and evaluate what is occurring within the system. Now, with the capability for custom instructions for each alarm or shutdown event, users can add instructions for those responding, greatly improving response times and accuracy.
Improved color coded trend charts allow for easy viewing of pressure/vacuum levels, dew point levels, CO levels, and units usage. Select between sixty minutes, six hours, twenty-four hours, or six days of data to better understand the operation of the system. The units usage trend graph identifies the status of each individual unit, whether it is running, in standby or off, providing a greater depth of information for planning and decision-making.
Trend charts and event logs are easy downloadable with the “export” button on the touchscreen. Connect a computer to the USB port on the side of the control cabinet to download files, eliminating the need to open the control cabinet.
