Preventing regulator freeze-up with Electric Gas Heater
Regulator Freeze-Up poses significant risks to component reliability, but our electric gas heaters offer a reliable solution.
This issue arises when a pressure regulator is obstructed by dry ice, snow, or crystals, limiting gas flow through the regulator or other pressure control valves. The low temperature conditions can also cause substantial damage to the internal components of the pressure reducing regulators, a common concern when utilizing gases like carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide and other gases.
To counteract this challenge, we have developed Electric Gas Heaters specifically for Carbon Dioxide and Nitrous Oxide Cylinders, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation.
