Enhanced design, smart monitoring and MyMedGas connectivity make these controls the key to mastering your laboratory air system.
Low operational costs
Claw vacuum technology is the most cost-effective over five years due to top SCFM per horsepower and low maintenance, reducing operating costs.
Connectivity
Each system features MyMedGas for remote monitoring and BACnet/IP for integration into Building Management Systems, centralizing facility control.
Key Features
The high-resolution 10” touchscreen is simple and intuitive, featuring screens with easy-to-read color graphics and icons displaying the system’s vital information. With a glance, quickly understand the system operation and identify any alarms or warnings.
Systems come fully assembled and ready for installation. With single point connections for the electrical panel, intake and discharge, installation costs are minimized. The discharge manifold(s) connect to the exhaust piping and features a factory installed drip leg with ball valve.
The vacuum pump is equipped with an automatic purge system to flush any gases from the pump to prevent condensation as the pump cools. The purge system incorporates a 24V electric controlled automatic isolation valve, and controls to operate an adjustable 5 to 15-minute shutdown purge with factory setting at 7 minutes. This vacuum pump system requires no air supply.
Variable Speed Drive technology matches motor speed to vacuum demand, resulting in maximum efficiency of the vacuum system. With low starting currents and slower pump speeds, pump life is extended and maintenance costs are reduced. Running at lower operating speeds reduces both noise and heat emitted into the equipment room.
