TotalAlert Embedded
Enhanced controls enable you to network your Lab Vacuum System with your TotalAlert Alarm panels through our facility’s ethernet.
Low operational costs
Claw vacuum technology is the most cost-effective over five years due to top SCFM per horsepower and low maintenance, reducing operating costs.
Connectivity
Each system features MyMedGas for remote monitoring and BACnet/IP for integration into Building Management Systems, centralizing facility control.
Key Features
Systems come fully assembled and ready for installation. With single point connections for the electrical panel, intake and discharge, installation costs are minimized. The discharge manifold has a true single point connection to the exhaust piping and features a factory installed drip leg with ball valve.
The vacuum pump is equipped with an automatic purge system to flush any gases from the pump to prevent condensation as the pump cools. The purge system incorporates a 24V electric controlled automatic isolation valve, and controls to operate an adjustable 5 to 15-minute shutdown purge with factory setting at 7 minutes. This vacuum pump system requires no air supply.
Variable Speed Drive technology matches motor speed to vacuum demand, resulting in maximum efficiency of the vacuum system. With low starting currents and slower pump speeds, pump life is extended and maintenance costs are reduced. Running at lower operating speeds reduces both noise and heat emitted into the equipment room.
Monitor your equipment from your desktop effortlessly with loads of information from each piece of equipment. Another included option is connecting to the Building Management System through BACnet/IP. This brings all data points and alarm points through the facility’s network.
