Emergency call-outs

  • Services available Monday through Friday 08:00 a.m. to 16:00 p.m.
  • Qualified service engineers are able to respond to emergency service calls day or night, 365 days a year. However, extra charges may apply.
  • The guaranteed response time to emergency calls is within 4 hours.
  • Once on-site, service engineers will ensure they can provide a comprehensive solution to whatever issue they find.
  • 24-hour call-out on UK mainland.
