DiamondCare® Valve Extension Kit

Available in two kits to accommodate varying wall thicknesses between 1-1/4" through 2-1/8". Each kit contains a brass extension adapter with seal and set screws, a stainless steel indexing pin extension with set screw, (2) pan head screws, a 0.50" hex key wrench, and a 1/16" hex key wrench. For wall thicknesses between 1-1/4" and 1-3/4", a 5/8" powder coated aluminum stand-off is included in the kit.

Gas Control Panels

Nitrogen & Instrument Air

The Gas Control Panel Retrofit updates old-style Ohmeda control panels. The kit contains all required parts and installation requires no modifications to the old control panel's rough-in box. Brazing or disturbing the wall is not required during installation. The panel provides delivery pressure control of piped gases to surgical tools. The panel contains the following: • Relieving type pressure regulator with a 15 to 200 psi regulating range • Ergonomic control knob to provide ease of regulator adjustment • Easily identifiable, 2" dual scale 0 to 300 psi (0 kPa to 2000 kPa) pressure gauge with dial face increments of 5 psi for visual indication of adjusted delivery pressure to the outlet. Bourdon tube pressure gauge made from solid steel with polycarbonate faceplate for durability. • Outlet connection consisting of a Diameter Index Safety System (DISS) valve • All internal connections

Have the ability to replace an older manifold with our LifeLine® Manifold. Installing a LifeLine® Manifold, whether new or as a replacement to old manifolds has been specially made easy.
