BeaconMedaes launches new Oil-less Rotary Vane Vacuum Systems

BeaconMedaes, part of the Atlas Copco Group, introduces the new Oil-less Rotary Vane Vacuum Systems featuring touchscreen controls with an embedded web server and a space-saving design.

The new BeaconMedaes Oil-less Rotary Vane Vacuum Systems provide the ideal medical vacuum solution for smaller medical facilities and surgery centers due to the compact design, quiet operation and low maintenance requirements. The new vacuum design features state-of-the-art TotalAlert Embedded controls, which allow users to monitor the system remotely from any web browser on the facility’s network and to receive electronic notifications of system alarms and service intervals. “By adding the TotalAlert Embedded control panel to the new Oil-less Rotary Vane Vacuum Systems, a facility can now easily integrate these systems with other TotalAlert source equipment and medical gas alarms,” said Jim Ausman, product manager. “This allows for a complete management of the medical gas network from any computer in the facility.” The 100% dry technology of the Oil-less Rotary Vane Vacuum pumps, coupled with selflubricating vanes, means that maintenance requirements are minimal and easy to perform. The simple, compact design with single stage, air-cooled and direct driven vacuum pumps allows for low maintenance and quiet, long lasting operation. With multiple configurations available meeting a wide range of capacities, the BeaconMedaes Oil-less Rotary Vane Vacuum Systems ensure the right fit for smaller medical vacuum applications. With the smallest footprint of any of the BeaconMedaes NFPA compliant medical vacuum packages, these systems provide the quiet, vibration-free operation ideal for facilities with limited equipment room space.
