The Medical Gas Hose Assemblies come as color-coded flexible hoses that conform to BS EN ISO 5359 standards. Each assembly is equipped with permanently attached NIST (Non-Interchangeable Screw Thread) connections secured by crimped ferrules. This design ensures a safe and reliable connection of medical equipment to fixed medical gas pipeline systems or other medical gas supply systems. The distinct color coding and secure connections prevent the interchange of hose assemblies carrying different gases or the same gas at varying pressures.

Color-coded hoses with secure NIST connections and crimped ferrules. Various end connection lengths available for any application.

Ensured compliance

NIST connections comply with BS EN ISO 5359 (except AGS NIST). Available in straight or right-angled options.

Sustainable solution

PureHose is plasticizer-free, retains flexibility, and uses ESD material for static dissipation. Its gas barrier prevents gas permeation into the atmosphere.

Gas-specific components are permanently indexed to prevent accidental or incorrect assembly.  Hoses are color-coded and labeled with gas service.

Pressure hoses are available in 1/4” I.D. (1/2” O.D.) and vacuum hoses available in 5/16” I.D. (17/32” O.D.).

All hoses are pressure tested for leaks, bagged and sealed. Hoses have a minimum burst pressure of 1000 psig.

All hoses are compatible with oxygen, nitrous oxide, air, carbon dioxide, helium, argon and nitrogen gases.
