US Service Availability & Response Times
- Services available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Emergency service is available 24 hours every day, 7 days a week. Additional charges may apply.
- Customers are provided with the mobile telephone, voice mail and pager numbers of primary and secondary Field Engineers.
- Field Engineers will make every reasonable effort to respond to the customer by telephone within 4 hours.
- Field Engineers will make every reasonable effort to arrive at the customer's site within 12 hours. Response times to remote locations may vary.

- Qualified service engineers are able to respond to emergency service calls day or night, 365 days a year.
- Guaranteed response time to emergency calls is within 2 to 4 hours.
- Once on-site, service engineers will ensure they can provide a comprehensive solution to whatever issue they find.
- 24 hour call-out on UK mainland.
