Optimal Compressor Technology
The next-generation PMA is an all-in-one duplex air purification system with a central controller. It is built using premium components, including an Atlas Copco compressor, an adsorption dryer with a very low dew point, a micro-structured carbon filter, optional Hopcalite filter, and an oil-water separator. The entire system is fully integrated to ensure premium efficiency with low pressure and dryer purge losses.
Easy Configuration with Modular Design
Thanks to its modular design, the PMA offers an easily configurable, bespoke package that meets customers’ exact requirements. They have the freedom to choose from a comprehensive range of Atlas Copco compressor technologies, including tooth, screw and scroll compressors in fixed-speed and variable speed drive versions for advanced energy savings.
Premium Technology, Optimal Performance
The next-generation PMA is also built for safe, dependable performance. Its stainless steel pipework ensures extra reliability and seal-tapeless connections for a unique leak-free operation. All serviceable elements are easily accessible, including the adsorption dryer for desiccant replacement.
Thanks to a new intelligent controller, the Mk5 Touch, the PMA offers easy operation and remote monitoring. With an HMI and color touchscreen display and real-time monitoring with SMARTLINK, collecting data and knowing the status of your system has never been easier.
Certification & Standards
The PMA meets all required standards including HTM 02-01 Medical Gases Health Technical Memorandum and ISO 7396-1:2016 Medical gas Pipeline Systems. It is system certified as EU MDR Class IIA Medical Device, as well as NFPA instrument air and European Pharmacopoeia. The all-in-one system including compressors is made at a facility certified to produce medical products according to ISO 13485.
